Candelilla Wax is an all-natural vegetable wax found on leaves of the wild Candelilla plant growing in semi-arid desert regions around the world.

Its chemical stability and water repellency has many uses in cosmetic lipsticks, balms and ointments, furniture polish, leather treatments, automotive paint finishing, textiles, and precision casting. It’s also an entirely vegan substitute for beeswax that’s also softer than Carnauba wax, making it very versatile to work with.

Candelilla wax is 100% natural, so it varies in color from light brown to pale yellow, and it hardens slowly, but firmly, making it ideal to harden other waxes without increasing their melting point.
