HOW TO USE
BATH & SPA:
Mix 1-2 cups of Epsom Salt to warm water and soak in for at least 20 minutes.
SHOWER:
To remove dead skin cells and soften the skin, mix a palm of Epsom Salt with 1 tablespoon of soap. Massage onto the skin and rinse well.
FOOT SOAK:
To ease muscle tension and softens the skin of the feet, mix a cup of Epsom Salt to warm water. Soak your feet for 10 minutes.
