Myrtle, also known as the Corsican pepper, is an evergreen with brownish- red bark on tough but thin branches. It features include small, pointed, and fragrant leaves, white flowers , and bluish black berries. Myrtle essential oil comes from steam distillation of the leaves, twigs, sometimes flowers of bushy evergreen of the Myrtaceaea family.

Sweet, fresh, green and slightly camphorous in aroma.

Shelf life
4 to 5 years after production date, when stored properly.
Store in a cool dry place. Close tightly after use. Avoid direct sunlight.
