Peppermint Essential Oil is extracted from Mentha piperita of the Labiatae family also known as balm mint. Peppermint Oil is one of the most useful essential oils available, with its clean and crisp scent odour.

Basil, Blackpepper, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Orange, Lavender, Grapefruit, Geranium, Sweet Marjoram, Ravensara, Rosemary.
Precautions
As with all essential oils, never use undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Never take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Always perform a patch test on an insensitive part of the body (after you have properly diluted theessential oil in an appropriate carrier oil).
Caution
There are some risks in using too much peppermint oil, including allergic reaction, heartburn, and headaches.
Not to be used for children under 2, elders, and epileptic.
Shelf Life
4 to 5 years after production date, when stored properly.
Store in a cool dry place. Close tightly after use. Avoid direct sunlight.
Nausea and Headache
Just simply apply it directly on the forehead to relieve the pain of headache and inhaling peppermint oil can eliminate the effects of nausea.
Alertness
A few drops of peppermint oil under your nose will keep you alert throughout the day and make you keep focus, not feel sleepy, and fresh.
Muscle Pain Relief
It is especially helpful in soothing an aching back and sore muscle.
