Site Transactions

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased.


You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging into your account.

Payment Options

We receive bank transfer, credit card and paypal payment. Bank transfer only available via BCA and Mandiri. We accept Visa & Mastercard Credit Card. Please take a look of the final amount before confirming as we do not refund any payment.


Payment should be made strictly in 1 day after check out. We can no longer guarantee item availability if payment made after. 

Payment Confirmation

Payment confirmation is not a requirement but it certainly will help us speed up the processing time especially if you are using bank transfer method under a different name other than the one in the order. Confirming your payment does not mean your payment is automatically accepted by us and your order status will not change because of this action.

Order Status

All new order status automatically called "pending" until we manually check for payment during office hours (Monday through Friday, 9AM until 5 PM), except payment using credit card. We will change order status to processing, if payment is authorized by our finance staff. Once the order is accepted by the courier service, the order status will be changed to shipped. The order will complete within a month of ordering.

Processing Time

Orders of in-stock items are shipped from our studio within 3 business days after payment received.


We have the right to use any delivery service to ship your orders. For JNE Regular, please allow up to 3 days for the items to arrive. For urgent matters, orders can be picked up by Gojek from our office location in Rukan Taman Meruya. You still need to select shipping method JNE during check out, but please input coupon code "GOJEK" to eliminate the shipping cost. You will still need to order your own Gojek to our Meruya office, mentioning your order number to pick up your order.


We will send replacements if product is found unsuitable or damaged. Complaints must be received within a week of delivery. If complaints are approved, we will shipped item replacements soon after. For unapproved complaints, you can send the items back to our office at your expense. If the error is found to be ours, we will send the replacements.


We provide safe packaging to ensure your order arrive safely. We reserve the right to choose whatever packaging we see fit. For Gojek delivery, we do not provide corrugated box to ship your orders.

Acceptance of Orders

Do not throw away the picking list and shipping label paper before making sure the product received matches the order.

Exchange & Returns

Exchange and Returns are not acceptable and we do not transfer funds back into your account.
